How to Use:

  1. Warm-up — Use the stretching strap and yoga block to warm up your muscles and gently stretch.

  2. Strength / Resistance — Choose a resistance band and run through your upper-body or lower-body exercises (e.g. bicep curls, squats, glute bridges).

  3. Balance Work — Use the ring for yoga poses like “boat” or for Pilates exercises that require core engagement.

  4. Core & Stability — Sit on or lean against the fitness ball to do core stabilising moves, or use it to support your back in yoga poses.

  5. Cool Down — Finish with deep stretches using the strap and block to safely reach and hold longer poses.

Safety Tips:

  • Always check the resistance bands for any signs of wear before using.

  • Inflate the yoga ball to a firm but comfortable level; don’t overinflate.

  • Use a non-slip surface to practise, especially when working with the ball or ring.

  • Stretch gradually — don’t force your body into extreme positions too fast; use the strap and block to support yourself.
